To coordinate your delivery better with your online time, please include your online playing times! We try to deliver your Kinah Face 2 Face then.
However, if we cannot find you online at all we could send the Kinah with an ingamemail - but only if you advise us to do so. We do this as it is very likely that NC-Soft will delete the mails with all the Kinah. Please note that in these cases any reimbursements from us are done solely on a goodwill basis
If you want us to deliver the Kinah with ingamemail, please make sure you collect your Kinah as quickly as possible. If suppliers are banned by NC-Soft, (which happens every so often) any unread and unopened mails he or she sent to you or anyone else will also disappear.
